Once you've found your favorite pair of jeans, you want to take a very good care of them. For best care for your jeans, it is important to follow the care instructions found on the manufacturer’s tag inside each pair of jeans. Here are some basics.

• Avoid washing your jeans unless they are stained. 5 or more wears is ideal before washing. Plus, jeans will also be softer and easier to wear after several wears.
• To protect the jeans from fading, it's advisable to wash your jeans inside out
• When washing new denim, be mindful of other items in the same machine because some dyes can transfer to other clothing. 
• Wash your jeans in warm water, with no bleach. Air-dry them to keep them in mint condition, but if you’re in a hurry, you can tumble dry them on low.
• Because of the heavy weight of denim, don't wash more than several pairs of jeans in the same washing machine. This may constrict the movement of the wash cycle which may damage the machine.
