Underneath Your Clothes:

24. Bra & Panties: I am assuming that you already have a bunch of each. Be sure to re-evaluate everything you have every 3 months. Toss whatever has holes, stains, haven't worn for year+. For bras, these stretch with time and washes, so replace these every 3-6 months. For panties, be sure your collection includes panties for several occasions, for the gym, everyday, and sexy. For bras: for the gym, everyday, push up and sexy. Bonus if you have a matching pair of bra/panties.

25. Tights & Stockings: Have a pair of nude/black of each even if you don't wear them often.

26. Sleepwear: A comfy cotton pajama or sexy sleepwear is always good to have. Alternatively a t-shirt and boy shorts will do.

Accessories:

27. Belt: At least one basic black belt is a must for any woman. Worn with jeans, with pants, to accentuate the outfit and figure.

28. Jewelry: Don't buy more. Take a stock of what you have first. Then re-evaluate what you haven't worn in 6+ months. Every woman should have a favorite pair of earrings, necklace as the basics. It takes a while to build a nice collection of jewelry so if you are missing a "favorite" in any category be on the look out for a perfect pair until you find it.

29. Sunglasses: Are not just for looking good, the intent is to protect your eyes. If you wear prescription glasses, it's a good investment to have a pair of prescription sunglasses. For the rest of us, buy a pair of brand name sunglasses that will last you through several seasons.

30. Smile. The only priceless accessory.
